We merged Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS), Response to Intervention (RtI) and Behavior Modification Strategies, the result is a discipline model that supports the student' academically while offering supports to help the behavior.
We developed the ILLC to allow campus administrators to work together in groups to support learning across multiple campuses. The campus administrators are grouped according to the needs of the district and their campuses. Each group of campus administrators work to strengthen each other.
This is a platform of comprehensive strategies that must be a part of our daily practice to effectively impact the behavior of our 4-D Student's. What are the 4-D's? They are Defiant, Difficult, Disrespectful & Disruptive Students.
